The main floor consist of an open concept, kitchen, living, and dining room area and just down the hall there’s a bathroom with standup shower and a large bedroom with two separate beds that could easily be petitioned off to make two bedrooms. Just off the kitchen is a door leading to a very large deck overlooking the bay. This is a stunning view. Take a short walk down the path to the beach and explore. You also have the option of having your very own dock as some material (rock) is already in place. There’s depth enough for a small boat or watercraft.There’s also a fire pit area, a storage shed measuring 16’x 14’ and garden to grow your own vegetables. This cabin is heated with cozy oil stove. There is no water well, but the current owners always had plenty of water from rain water that fills the 2 large water tanks. New survey will be provided. This little cabin was built with love and very well maintained; everything you see stays with the cabin except personal items. This is a fantastic price in a fantastic location.
